Hermen Lutje Berenbroek is the founder of Artifizer and a design strategist with more than 15 years of international experience. He works with leadership teams in finance, tech, infrastructure, and the public sector to make strategy clear, actionable, and aligned.
Before founding Artifizer, Hermen was European Design Lead at XPLANE, the global pioneer in business design. He also trains professionals worldwide through his online Visual Thinking course and is a regular keynote speaker on strategy, innovation, and collaboration.
