Hermen Lutje Berenbroek
Hermen is a design strategist specializing in fintech execution. Through clear, visual communication, he works with product leaders and executives to navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and turn strategy into action.
For the past decade, he has partnered with global clients across Europe, the United States, Africa, China, and the Middle East. Before founding Artifizer in 2019, Hermen was the design lead for Europe at XPLANE, a global business design consultancy.
Beyond client work, he provides training and runs an online Visual Thinking course, helping professionals and students structure and communicate ideas worldwide. He also volunteers his skills to drive a positive impact in the industry and beyond.
